Our Method

We use two brands of sanded or unsanded grout: Laticrete and Mapei. Laticrete stain-resistant grouts are always cleanable/ restorable to the original color and have the largest tile grout color selection on the market. Mapei products utilize BioBlock technology to help protect them from mold and mildew.

Grout Masters can change the color of sanded grouts using Epoxy Grout Colorants which are a Water based Fluoropolymer sealer, that is premixed with a unique blend of acrylic hardeners and epoxy resins. The manufacturer guarantees the color will last 8 years in heavy traffic conditions, and 15 years under light traffic conditions. This guarantee, however, is only valid if customers are not using harsh cleaning chemicals, heavy steam, pressure or heavy machine tile and grout cleaning equipment.
